Please include your name, date you want to pickup and quantity. Sourdough bread takes almost 2 days to make, so please allow enough time from when you order and pick-up.

*note: we don't have a physical "shop". We are a cottage bakery, which means everything is made from our home.

Current pick-up times will be between 2pm-6pm in San Juan Capistrano. If your order includes Focaccia, pick-up time has to be 4pm onwards

MY STORY

I'm a professional savory cook by trade. I only started baking naturally-leavened bread last December 2019. After trying the amazing bread from Bub and Grandma's in LA, I decided that I wanted to recreate it and next thing I know, I was obsessed.

I've been using flour that I mill myself. In my opinion, using fresh-milled flour brings so much more flavor and aroma to the loaves compared to bread made with pre-made store-bought flours. It's definitely something that sets apart good bread from great bread, and that is something I'm striving to achieve. 

Mixed with an obsessive determination, I bake almost everyday, trying to improve one day at a time.

 

But the end goal is not to achieve the perfect loaf or have the best bread in the world, the goal is to show that something as simple as bread, done with passion, can be extraordinary

and ultimately, delicious.
